Christmas 2009
We got back on Monday from our Christmas vacation in Sturgeon Bay and Quinnesec. Laura and Melinda baked some cookies, we played some board games, and we drank some beer. Laura got a lot of nice things for Christmas including a purse, video games, and clothes. I got a Blu-ray player so I am finally joining the next generation of home video. I got District 9 along with it and I already ordered a couple Blu-ray movies from Amazon. We also got a bread maker from my parents and we’re looking forward to trying that out.
I’m still on vacation until next Monday so today I set up the Blu-ray player and basked in the glory of high definition for a little while before finally starting Assassin’s Creed 2. Tomorrow we are going to a friend’s holiday party so that should be a lot of fun. I think we’re going to spend New Years by ourselves with some beer and champagne and maybe a nice dinner.
