Valentine’s Day

I finally got around to uploading some of our pictures from Valentine’s Day. Actually, Valentine’s Day eve since it was Saturday the 13th. We went out to Red Lobster for dinner and then headed over to the ice bar for awhile. It was very cold so we only stuck around for a couple beers before heading inside to a bar nearby. After the ice bar closed down we were able to take some better pictures. After that we went to another bar downtown and then headed back up to the north side to Whistle Binkies. It’s a pretty nice place closer to home. A good band was playing so we stuck around for awhile before heading back home. On Sunday we lazed around a bit and Laura made us a good Valentine’s Day dinner.

Hey, now Russ tells me that if they get this job in Kentucky that he’s been working on, he will have to go out there the 2nd week of March and we will not be able to come, but he won’t know until some time next week. I will definitely keep you posted. You know how his job is, you just never know when he’ll have to fly off somewhere!
Still don’t know about next weekend. Dad is supposed to find out today. I’ll let you know!
Ok, so we are definitely coming next Friday. I’m not sure what time, but we WILL be there!!!! I’ll call you. Do you have room for us to sleep? I thought you had a futon and a blow-up mattress.
Sounds good. We don’t have a futon but we do have a blowup mattress and two couches. We’ll figure it out.
Yeah, we’ll be fine. We plan to leave our house at 8:00 and pick up Jeanne & Paul around 10:00, so I don’t know what time we will be there. Russ is talking about touring the Leinenkugel’s (SP?) brewery on the way.
